Get Back on Track with The Train Station

Ever wanted to work out but you’re useless at commitment? Don’t worry. You’re not alone.

Over the years, fitness has evolved quite excessively. Not only because of the techniques and social hype around it, but in terms of access. Being able to workout has become a luxury, which shouldn’t be the case. Apart from your usual ‘gym’ or fitness centre being quite pricey, it doesn’t always work for everyone (and it certainly didn’t motivate me to work harder), which is why I joined The Train Station in Milnerton.

From the coaches to the environment, other fellow trainers and the overall atmosphere, I can honestly say that The Train Station has changed my perception on working out. In fact, it excites me. Not to mention the fun we have – as painful as a workout can be, the trainers are always going above and beyond to make the ‘suffering’ as enjoyable as possible.

The type of training they offer is functional, with varied workouts to ensure that you work all muscle groups. The trainers are exceptionally patient and helpful, guiding you through every technique and keeping you inspired and motivated as you go along. Meet the trainers here…

From big to small, young to old, girl to boy, you name it, we’re all a family. And although it’s group classes, they are small (14 at the most), giving you the personalised attention that you need to progress towards your health and fitness goals. (Personal training is also available on request.)

I am so excited to be a part of this growing culture. If you’re thinking about exercising but you don’t know where to start, THIS is a start. They offer drop in classes for you to come check out the buzz, along with three different pricing packages to choose from, all on a 6-month or 12-month contract basis.
